  Our initial plan for a new home was to go with a modular home, but after a month of getting nowhere, my husband and I decided to consult with America's Home Place in Hattiesburg. We have many neighbors that have nothing but positive results from this company.
  From the minute I walked into the showroom, I was made to feel welcome. The progress made on the very first day exceeded my greatest expectations. Every member of the staff made a point to introduce themselves into the process of building our home whenever needed. My husband was not able to come to some of the meetings, Cody made it of utmost importance to ensure that my husband was included and updated with every detail. There were also multiple occasions where I had my 2 year old son with me and everyone was great helping entertain and occupy him!
  The available floor plans provide for a great beginning, but allowed me to customize the perfect layout and design for my family.
  Chandler's assistance while Cody was unavailable was top notch. All of the essential home details are available for viewing in the showroom while making choices regarding customization.
  I cannot say enough thanks to Cody, Chandler, John, Jerry and Cherie for making us feel at home and like part of the family!
